Conditions for payment and booking of pitches and the harbor Fotö harbor

These terms and conditions apply between Fotö harbor and the person who himself or through another person books/pays for guest harbor, mooring and other services in Fotö harbor.

The orderer/payer is stated as "Customer" in the terms and conditions. The supplier Fotö Hamnförening Economic association with organization no. 757200-5846 is listed as "Fotö hamn". The booking/payment applies to the rental of a pitch in Fotö harbour. Customers/guests in Fotö harbor are obliged to follow Fotö harbor's "Regulations for the harbor", this document is available in its entirety at www.fotohamn.se/Customers/guests who do not comply with these regulations have the right to be rejected by Fotö harbor staff from the area.

Booking and payment for private individuals

To book the grill cabin / book the sauna or pay for a pitch / pay for guest harbor and other services on the website boka.fotohamn.se, the customer must be at least 18 years old. To be able to complete the payment of the fee, a bank card (VISA or Mastercard) or (BankId and Swish) is required.

Reservation of place

The price includes rent of the place, as well as connection (incl. consumption) of electricity (10 amps).
Pitches - Paid upon arrival or no later than two hours after arrival.
Berths - Paid on arrival or no later than two hours after arrival.

Payment / booking confirmation

On receipt of the booking confirmation, this must be checked, so that all information is correct. It is the responsibility of the customer/orderer to ensure that the information on the booking confirmation is correct. Booking confirmation is sent via e-mail and as a text message (SMS). In the event of an error, Fotö harbor must be contacted within 7 days of receiving the confirmation, but no later than 24 hours before arrival.

Payment of booking

Payment is made directly, also when booking.

All prices are in SEK and include VAT.

Cancellation of booked place - Grillkåta and Sauna

Cancellation can only be done online via boka.fotohamn.se. Cancellation < 24h before the booking starts is not refunded.

Liability for property/causing damage

Fotö harbor is not responsible for things left behind. Fotö harbor is not responsible for damage or losses caused by third parties.

Other obligations and rules of procedure

The customer/guests must take good care of the place, the port's facilities and follow the rules of order, instructions and regulations that apply.
The customer/guests must between 11:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. observe the greatest consideration and silence towards other guests.
Dogs must be kept on a leash.
Environmental waste must be placed in an environmental station. Rubbish must be placed in designated bins. Other waste must not be flushed or thrown in the area.
Payment of the fee takes place online.
The drinking water must not be used for washing vehicles.

Breach of contract

This is an agreement drawn up between the customer (orderer) and the port of Fotö. The agreement ceases to apply with immediate effect if:
The conditions in this document are not met.
The customer/guests in the party behave in a disruptive manner in the area.
The customer/guests in the party commit vandalism in the area.
If a breach of contract occurs, the customer/guests in the party must immediately move from the area. In the event of destruction or disruptive behaviour, damages may be claimed by the customer.

Force majeure

In the event of war, natural disasters, strikes and other events that can be regarded as force majeure, the Port of Fotö can cancel the agreement, whereby the customer and guests must be notified as soon as possible.
